Description of problem:

The table which displays disk info is too small when moving disks between storage domains, probably because the progress bar is added below the 'locked' status but the table doesn't resize to accommodate the taller rows.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Move disk from one storage domain to another in Compute => Virtual Machines -> <vm> -> Disks form

Actual results:

The table which displays disk info is too small, probably because the progress bar is added below the 'locked' status but the table doesn't resize to accommodate the taller rows.

Expected results:

Table rows are large enough to accomdate progress bar during task execution

This bug has not been marked as blocker for oVirt 4.3.0.
Since we are releasing it tomorrow, January 29th, this bug has been re-targeted to 4.3.1.
