Description of problem:

We could not find any official documentation for gnocchi and collectd
integration for RHOSP 13.

Also, the information for enabling the collectd and gnocchi services is not available, we have to dig into the different distributed information available in the current official documentation.

No documentation for gnochhi-ceilometer integration

Expected results:
Documentation for gnocchi-ceilometer integration

Additional info:

Going forward, it looks like, in OSP13z1, Engineering will ship a pre configured environment file for collectd and plugins out of the box in Director.

collectd - gnocchi integration, which is supported from RHOSP 13 onwards.
