In OSP-12 containerized manila deployment was Tech Preview only.  OSP-13 has other fixes than just this one that would be needed, including PIDONE changes in pacemaker controlled container bundles, and there are no plans to backport or support those in OSP-12 either.

OSP-12 deplooyment of manila netapp backend on bare-metal is fully supported.  Containerized deployment with manila is fully supported in OSP-13.
