Description of problem:

In June 2018, Unicode 11.0 released, introducing Copyleft symbol in U+1F12F, the shape looks like mirrored ©, and often appearing in some "copyleft" notices, I hope you can insert this symbol in all fonts.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 29 development cycle.
Changing version to '29'.
