Description of problem:
The fuse-ignite project can be viewed by the account who only signs up Pro plan

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Sign up the pro plan on online-int.
2. Log in the openshift web console.
3.

Actual results:
The project 'fuse-ignite' can be viewed.

Expected results:
For the account only signs up the pro plan, the fuse-ignite project should not be shown.
