Hosts dashboard with unmanaged host

Description of problem:
There is created Host Grafana dashboard for one of the nodes before Cluster Expand is triggered when nodes are added to already managed cluster and volume is created.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import cluster with 4 nodes into WA.
2. Add 2 more nodes to cluster and create distributed replicated volume.
3. Restart all nodes.
3. Open Hosts dashboard for some node.
4. List all Hosts dashboards.

Actual results:
There is one node node from nodes that wait for expansion.

Expected results:
There should not be any node that wait for expansion.

When managed and unmanaged nodes are restarted then collectd and node-agent are triggered as systemd service in all storage nodes. When node agent is restarted provisioner tag is acquired by any node. If provisioner tag is acquired by unmanaged node then collectd will be configured to push the data into graphite. 
So unmanaged node details are displayed in grafana. This is fixed while fix https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1599634.
