Fix should be in atomic-openshift-3.9.33-1.git.0.c35d02e.el7 which is the latest 3.9 errata.

Moving ON_QA for verification, once verified please CLOSED ERRATA this bug.

I have tested this on v3.9.33 with:
- VMware ESXi, 6.0.0, 3620759
- VM version 11
I can confirm this isn't reproducible.
