Could you provide the output of 'rpm -q python3-packaging' ? Also 'rpm -q python3-parsing' ?
I updated the system so it's possible I have new versions of those packages. $ rpm -q python3-packaging python3-packaging-16.8-10.fc29.noarch $ rpm -q python3-parsing package python3-parsing is not installed
