Feature: Comment that the migration plan level clock may be a few seconds different than the migration plan details page. This is due to the amount over overall time to migrate the VM(s) vs. the overall migration plan migration time. Reason: This is due to the amount over overall time to migrate the VM(s) vs. the overall migration plan migration time. Result: Migration plan clock may be different than migration plan detail page.

Description of problem:
Clock ticking on Dashboard and Request details page is out of sync

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add VMware and RHV provider
2.Configure conversion hosts with correct credentials and Tags
3.Create Infra Mapping and migration plan 
4.Run migration plan
5.See clock on Migration Dashboard and migration request details page

Actual results:
Clock displayed on dashboard is few seconds ahead of clock displayed on migration details page.

Expected results:
Clock should probably be synchronized

A note clarifying the clock discrepancy has been added to the Infrastructure Migration Guide, which will be released at the IMS GA (Aug. 14, 2018).
