Description of problem:
Need for an Alerts page/view with filtering capabilities, that is linkable in-context from the clusters list view, hosts list view, and from the volumes list view.

Request from Paul Cuzner: "I'd suggest adding an alerts page, that includes a filter. You could then click on the alert number in the clusters view or volumes view and jump straight to the relevant error. Do you think this would be a workflow improvement?"
