Description of problem:
Unable to remove subscription on the basis of pool id

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Register a new host:
# subscription-manager register
2. Attach any subscription or run auto attach
# subscription-manager attach --auto
3. Remove subscription using pool id
# subscription-manager remove --pool <pool-id>


Actual results:
# subscription-manager remove --pool <pool-id>
The entitlement server failed to remove these pools:
   <pool-id>

Expected results:
subscription should be removed

Additional info:
Based on the linked foreman ticket, we have created a patch(candlepin-_proxies_controller.patch & rhsm.patch) for katello-3.4.5.64 gem. It has helped to remove the subscription successfully.

Verified on Sat 6.4 snap 13, it is now possible to successfully unsubscribe a host via pool id
