The insecure registry setting is not correct. It needs to also include the alternative host being used.  Please make sure to configure all non-secure registries via DockerInsecureRegistryAddress in an environment file for the overcloud and docker_insecure_registries in the undercloud.conf for the undercloud.

Interesting to mention, perhaps not related to this bug: 

One of the env yaml files that was listed in ~/overcloud_deploy.sh - and was used as a parameter during update:

/usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/environments/network-isolation.yaml

However, there is no such file. Maybe because an "j2" was added to extension ?

Anyway. I've attached the j2 file name, perhaps this should be updated in ~/overcloud_deploy.sh:

/usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/environments/network-isolation.j2.yaml
