Service dialog dropdown entries

Description of problem:

Field description (hint text) is incorrect for dialog dropdown entries. The default hint text of "Description" and "Value" need to be reversed.

I have attached a screenshot showing this

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Automate -> Customization -> Service Dialogs
2. Add/Edit a dialog
3. Add a Dropdown element
4. Go to Options tab, add a new Entry
5. See hint text

Actual results:

First field has hint text of Description
Second field has hint text of Value

Expected results:

First field has hint text of Value
Second field has hint text of Description
