Description of problem:

DEBUG util.py:439:   Problem: package qemu-2:2.12.0-2.fc29.x86_64 requires qemu-system-xtensa = 2:2.12.0-2.fc29, but none of the providers can be installed
DEBUG util.py:439:    - package libvirt-daemon-qemu-4.5.0-2.fc29.x86_64 requires qemu, but none of the providers can be installed
DEBUG util.py:439:    - package qemu-system-xtensa-2:2.12.0-2.fc29.x86_64 requires qemu-system-xtensa-core = 2:2.12.0-2.fc29, but none of the providers can be installed
DEBUG util.py:439:    - conflicting requests
DEBUG util.py:439:    - nothing provides libxenctrl.so.4.10()(64bit) needed by qemu-system-xtensa-core-2:2.12.0-2.fc29.x86_64

Xen was rebuilt yesterday so I guess qemu just needs a rebuild.
It's not clear to me if the Mass Rebuild will provide this
or not.  Maybe we will need to submit our own build.
