Description of problem: After a fresh install of Fedora 28 on a Dell XPS 9360 (XPS9360-7173SLV-PUS) I received a notification about software updates being available. I selected the prompt to restart and install the updates. After doing so, the updates proceeded to install and seemed as though they successfully completed. After this, it rebooted and the 4.17* kernel was available to choose in the boot menu, so I chose it. Once the system booted up and the desktop loaded I receievd this error notification and the option to submit the bug.
