modal dialog with missing text

Description of problem:
In SSUI, when retiring a service, there is a text missing on the modal dialog. See screenshot.
The text should appear to the right of the yellow warning triangle.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.10.0.4

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new Dialog/Service Catalog Item/Catalog
2. Order the Catalog
3. Via SSUI, navigate to My Services and choose to retire the service
4. Observe the modal dialog

Actual results:
Missing text "Warning: The selected Services and ALL of their components will be immediately retired!"

Expected results:
Text appears on the modal dialog

This is working in 5.10.0.3, 5.9.4.0, 5.9.3.4
