Description of problem:
when I put the conversion host on maintenance then starting it the network becomes zero Infrastructure Mappings.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
CFME 5.9.3.4

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create Infrastructure Mappings with 1 conversion host
2.move the host to maintanace
3.activate the host

Actual results:
Source and target network become zero

Expected results:
Source and target network will stay the same

Additional info:
logs will be attached

PR has been merged and should be in nightly build for testing.

I cannot verify this on CFME 5.10.x.
I verified it on 5.9.x which is currently the supported version for V2V workflow.

On 5.10.0.23 I do not see issue of Networks becoming zero or unavailable.
