How reproducible:
Install spacewalk 2.8 from RPM-s with official manual

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start taskomatic
2. try install some rpms to spacewalk-client (directly console or from sw web gui)
3. view server package statistics in web gui sw


Actual results:
package stats dont update and all other scheduled taskomatic-tasks dont work. If you run the job manually, everything starts to update and work

Expected results:
jobs run automatically and stats ex. package stats from spacewalk-client update 

Additional info:
performed a clean installation of spacewalk 2.8 on clean server, but the tasks (taskomatic) still do not work either. I tried to find a solution on the Internet, but nothing found. In the irc-channel as well, no one could help and advised to make a bug to redhat-bugzilla.

Spacewalk 2.8 (and older) has already reached it's End Of Life.

Thank you for reporting this issue and we are sorry that we were not
able to fix it before end of life. If you would still like
to see this bug fixed and are able to reproduce it against current version
of Spacewalk 2.9, you are encouraged change the 'version' and re-open it.
