Comment 1 Laura Abbott 2018-10-01 21:23:40 UTC
We apologize for the inconvenience. There is a large number of bugs to go through and several of them have gone stale. Due to this, we are doing a mass bug update across all of the Fedora 28 kernel bugs.

Fedora 28 has now been rebased to 4.18.10-300.fc28. Please test this kernel update (or newer) and let us know if you issue has been resolved or if it is still present with the newer kernel.

If you have moved on to Fedora 29, and are still experiencing this issue, please change the version to Fedora 29.

If you experience different issues, please open a new bug report for those.

Comment 2 Antonio T. (sagitter) 2018-10-15 16:07:01 UTC
I'm still getting those random errors at boot with Fedora 28 and 4.18.12-200.fc28.x86_64

Comment 3 Antonio T. (sagitter) 2018-12-18 09:33:55 UTC
This issue looks fixed with recent 4.19.* kernels.
I will reopen this bug if happens again.

Comment 4 Antonio T. (sagitter) 2019-03-03 17:08:20 UTC
>I will reopen this bug if happens again.

Happens again: kernel 4.20.13-200.fc29.x86_64
I fear it may be even an hardware issue.

Comment 5 Antonio T. (sagitter) 2019-03-12 15:47:49 UTC
The boot interruptions does not longer occur since i removed 'rhgb quiet' options from kernel boot line of Grub2.
