This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 29 development cycle. Changing version to '29'.

@emma: Thanks for hint. That said, I don't understand how a windows runtime problem in Acrobat Reader could be related to a FTBS building some unrelated adobe libraries on linux (?)
