Please fix bugzilla at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
bugzilla will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 30,
bugzilla will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Bugzilla builds fail on the documentation generating step because of a bug in python-sphinx.

I'll check rebuild-ability in a few days once python-sphinx-1.7.6-1.fc29 hits the mirrors then close this bug.

python-sphinx has been updated and the bugzilla package now builds from source.
