Please fix chntpw at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
chntpw will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 30,
chntpw will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Typical GCC removal breakage.  Have patch in testing (scratch build).  Also RE's version number bump failed this time (which is somewhat odd as it had worked before).
