This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 29 development cycle. Changing version to '29'.
I'll fix this by moving to Julia 1.0 once llvm6.0 is ready: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/llvm6.0/pull-request/1
