Description of problem: openshift nodes does not have External-IP on vSphere Cloud Provider host OCP deployed on vSphere Cloud Provider host, customer has observed External-IP none is visible in command `oc get nodes -o wide` for some of the nodes. NAME STATUS AGE VERSION EXTERNAL-IP OS-IMAGE KERNEL-VERSION > node1.example.com Ready 17h v1.9.1 <none> OpenShift Enterprise 3.10.0-x.6.x.el7.x86_64 > node2.example.com Ready 17h v1.9.1 x.x.x.x OpenShift Enterprise 3.10.0-x.6.x.el7.x86_64 External-IP started appear if customer delete node and add it again. Also customer observed after some days again External-IP disappeared again and shows <none> status. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.9 How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Actual results: Some of the node External-IP is visible and for other not.
