Description of problem:
After gcc updated to 8.1.1-5 failed to build package libmediainfo
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=28466596
Fail only x86_64 and i686 arches.

This behaviour found by koshei https://apps.fedoraproject.org/koschei/build/5025307

Please correct this regression so future builds return to normal state.

This is annobin not gcc, and there's an existing bug. Please try again with annobin-8.16-1.fc29

Hi Vasiliy,

  If you try rebuilding libmediainfo now it should work.  There is a patched
  version of annobin (8.16-1) in the buildroot which should fix the problem.
