This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 29 development cycle. Changing version to '29'.
Issue is raise as this package is in PHPUnit dependency PHPUnit => prophecy => docblock => assert Need to fix the autoloader to avoid duplicated definition But this require a bootstrap build (without test) to ensure fixed autoloader is installed in the root directory
