Doc Text:	description of this "Known Issue" Under specific circumstances DS can fail to close a connection that it decided to close. The consequence is new operations will not be processed and the socket will remain established creating a leak of file descriptors. In extreme scenario, leak of file descriptor can exhaust DS connection table and new incoming connection will fail. Description of problem:

I am reporting this bugzilla because this late time we have seen ns-slapd reporting file descriptors exhaustion after RHEL-7.5 upgrade.

We cannot confirm it yet but I have seen already three customers with this issue.

We have disabled nunc-stans in one of the customers who has never come back to us again.

And we are doing this in other two cases. 

Apologies for not giving more information but we prefer to report this bug to have some investigation being done.

nunc-stans has been abandoned, so this is issue is no linger relevant.  Closing as won't fix
