This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 29 development cycle. Changing version to '29'.
The version 3 of this software is now EOL, and https://github.com/open-eid/DigiDoc4-Client is the new version that needs to be packaged for people to keep their ID cards updated. https://github.com/open-eid/qdigidoc/issues/166#issuecomment-435836739

I am unable to install it from testing repository for F29.
