Please fix skopeo at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
skopeo will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 30,
skopeo will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Lokesh did something in F29 change around creating debuginfo?

golang 1.11 does something funny which gives trouble with debuginfo. I've been disabling debuginfo on rawhide, will do it for skopeo as well (if not already)
