sysbench failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide

Please fix sysbench at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
sysbench will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 30,
sysbench will be retired, if it still fails to build.

The armv7hl build gets stuck in the test suite and thus the build is killed after some time. I could reproduce it also with previous sysbench 1.0.14 version so it's probably not an issue with sysbench itself.

There has been at least one successfull build after this bug got created.
