wget failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide

Please fix wget at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
wget will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 30,
wget will be retired, if it still fails to build.

This was most probably just an issue with the s390x builder. Rebuild without any change passed just fine (https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=28491387). Closing...
