Description of problem:

Red Hat Customer Portal still have mention of "redhat-access-insights" instead of "insights-client" in registration steps upon accessing option "+ Register More" under "Inventory" tab.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Red Hat Insights portal >> Inventory >> click on + Register More

Actual results:
Steps still have a mention of "redhat-access-insights" instead of "insights-client"

Expected results:
Steps should be corrected to show "insights-client" in place of "redhat-access-insights"
