Fedora has Arimo 1.23, Cousine 1.20 and Tinos 1.23. Arimo 1.32, Cousine 1.22 and Tinos 1.32 are available from https://github.com/googlei18n/noto-fonts/tree/master/hinted. Arimo has 708 new glyphs and Tinos has 706. It would be nice to have the newer versions in Fedora.
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 29 development cycle. Changing version to '29'.
Thanks for the bug report but the github project is under SIL OFL 1.1 version and the current upstream we used in this package is using ASL 2.0 version. I can see 1.31.0 released tarball but now it has no SymbolNeu.ttf font file. Working on how to fix this now.
