Description of problem:
Package twitter-twemoji-fonts fails to build from source in Fedora rawhide.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.7.0-1.fc29

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f29 twitter-twemoji-fonts-2.7.0-1.fc29.src.rpm

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 29 development cycle.
Changing version to '29'.
