Description of problem:
RHV Manager Portal, Virtual Machines tab, If you search a VM Name with capital alphabet you will not see VM names starting from the same small alphabet.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhvm-4.2.4.5-0.1.el7_3

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:

1] Create 2 Virtual machines in RHV Manager with names 'AMMO' and 'ammo' respectively.
2] Type 'A' in Search box, It will list only 'AMMO' virtual machine and not 'ammo'.

Actual results:
Virtual Machines search box should be case insensitive.

Expected results:
Virtual Machines search box is case sensitive.

Additional info:
It is a regression. In RHV 4.1 Virtual machine search box is case insensitive.

Absolutely. Fixed in 4.2.5. My apologies for this oversight.
