Description of problem:

Custom button's dialog is not displayed in Self Service Portal.

How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:

- Login to CloudForms operational portal.

- Create a dialog with two static fields 

- Create a custom service button a simple dialog associated (only 2 static fields)

Actual results:

The button works fine in classic UI, but does nothing in self service button

Expected results:

The button should work in both the portals.
