5.10.0.4

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have an ec2 provider
2. Have a standard type volume
3. Edit that volume

Actual results:
Only name can be changed.

Expected results:
Also volume size and type should be changeable.

Greg,

this is not regression.
It doesn't work in 5.8 or 5.9.
As far as I remember when 5.8 landed AWS didn't allow to modify magnetic volumes and they enabled it later.
