Description of problem:

When deploying OSP13 with DVR, floating IP are not reachable.
Issue has been defined and resolve with BZ # 1588458 and errata RHBA-2018:2198

But rhosp-director-images is not yet updated with the fixed kernel  3.10.0-862.9.1.el7.x86_64

So we need an update version of overcloud-image with this kernel to fix the issue.

How reproducible:

Deploy OSP with DVR

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install undercloud
2. configure and deploy overcloud to use DVR
3. create VM with floating and ping floating

Actual results:

ping doesn't work

Expected results:

ping should answer

I would like to see this fix in the OSP 12 image as well.

The next planned OSP 13 update will include new images that contain the new kernel.

This isn't the right way to request this for 12, but the next 12 update will also contain the new kernel.
