Description of problem:
Flash message is missing after submitting vm provision

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add provider
2. Navigate to Provision vm page
3. Fill all fields
4. Click submit
5. Check UI

Actual results:
No flash messages

Expected results:
User should see flash message: 'VM Provision Request was Submitted, you will be notified when your VMs are ready'
