Description of problem:
  Cannot redirect to rolebinding page from project detail page，it will open the blank page.

1. Click Role Binding from project detail page

it will response request as the blank page

It should be listed rolebindings well

The 'Role Bindings' tab in the project overview page could open now. Verified this bug.
