Description of problem:
In Search & Events drop down list, there are some duplicate resources in different API version, should show one preferred API version

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to admin console
2.Go to Search, open drop down list
3.Go to Events, open drop down list

Actual results:
2-3. There are some duplicated resources, for example:Deployment
One is in /api/kubernetes/apis/apps/v1, the other is in /api/kubernetes/apis/extensions/v1beta1/ version
ClusterRoleBinding: One is in /api/kubernetes/apis/rbac.authorization.k8s.io/v1, the other is /api/kubernetes/apis/authorization.openshift.io/v1

Expected results:
2-3. Show one preferred API version is ok

This is fixed by https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/321

Note that there are some cases where duplicates might be expected. We've removed some known ones, but there's no way for us to know if two resources with the same `kind` name in entirely different API groups are actually the same or different.

Checked on openshift v3.11.0-0.10.0 with console images:

Search and Events page has no duplicate resources shown.
