Browser title read "translation missing..." in Portuguese locale.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to CFME login screen with browser locale set to Portuguese (Brazil)
2. See the browser title

Actual results:
The title read "translation missing ..."

Expected results:
The title should correctly show product name (ManageIQ or CFME).
