There is one default (supplied with installation) dashboard in CloudForm

Required functionality: ability to include in CloudForm installation dashboards created for specific group

Please assess the impact of this issue and update the severity accordingly.  Please refer to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/page.cgi?id=fields.html#bug_severity for a reminder on each severity's definition.

If it's something like a tracker bug where it doesn't matter, please set the severity to Low.

The steps that are defined in https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/pull/17778#issue-204891992 works, but I wouldn't call it a user-friendly way. Is there a plan to implement this functionality in the UI?

There is already UI in place to create group specific dashboards after cloudform installed. There are no plans to create separate UI tool.
