Description of change/FAQ addition. If a change, include the original
text first, then the changed text:

Firstly we need to have a new FC4 SE Linux FAQ. Following are some changes
that should be in the FC4 FAQ:

Here is a list of protected daemons in targeted policy in FC4:

amanda cyrus NetworkManager slapd anaconda dbskkd inetd nscd snmpd
apache dbusd ntpd squid apmd dhcpc portmap arpwatch dhcpd innd postgresql
stunnel auditd dictd kerberos pppd syslogd bluetooth klogd privoxy telnetd
canna dovecot ktalkd radius tftpd cardmgr fingerd kudzu radvd udev
updfstab rlogind uucpd ftpd rpcd webalizer comsat lpd winbind
hald mailman rshd xdm rsync ypbind hotplug samba ypserv
crond howl mysqld saslauthd zebra cups named cvs i18n_input

In answer to the "What is the difference between a domain and a type"
question:

SE Linux does not strongly distinguish between domains and types. A domain is
a type that applies to a running process and the /proc/pid files for that
process.

A FC4 FAQ will not be written.
I am closing the ancient bug.

FYI
The is an FC5 FAQ http://docs.fedoraproject.org/selinux-faq/
and a list of proposed updates in the wiki at
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/SELinux/FAQ/ProposedAdditions

Additional FAQ work will likely remain in the wiki but there is also
a F10 SELinux Users Guide http://docs.fedoraproject.org/selinux-user-guide/
