Description of problem:
i installed osp 13 on rhel 7.4 and changed 'OvercloudComputeFlavor' in the roles 
tab for the Compute and Controller nodes. when i tried to deploy the overcloud 
i ran the validations and
no validation is passing with the error:
"
Warning! The validation did not run on any host.
"

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
openstack-tripleo-ui-8.3.2-1.el7ost.noarch

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.change 'OvercloudComputeFlavor' in the roles 
tab for the Compute and Controller nodes
2.press "Validate and Deploy"
