Description of problem:

On each Dashboard there's a Health panel. If the window is narrower than fullscreen, the title of the panel overlaps with the blue text about time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Brick Dashboard or Cluster Dashboard or Host Dashboard or Volume Dashboard
2. Resize the window to make it a little narrower


Actual results:

The name of Health panel overlaps with the blue text "Last 15 minutes"


Expected results:

The name of the panel doesn't overlap with anything.
