FAILED test [run-pass] run-pass/u128.rs ... FAILED These testcases were running successfully on previous rust-toolset-7-rust-1.26.2-3.el7. These failures are also not reproducible in the other architectures. I suspect these are additional effects of bug 1610053, as I don't recall these failures when I was testing that upstream LLVM fix. I'll be suspicious of most s390x bugs until LLVM is fixed, because i128/u128 are used in quite a few places.
