Description of problem:

RFE #1593645 introduced some basic static config logic to TripleO in Rocky/rhos-14.0 while the underlying feature was introduced via #1187945 as TechPreview. 

This RFE will track a more complete implementation in TripleO that will automatically configure this feature based on host introspection.

for 17.0 and 17.1 automatic configuration is not supported. Need to close this ticket
