Verified and Passed with ose-ansible-service-broker:v3.11.0-0.16.0.1

Tag of local_openshift adapter work fine.

# oc get po -o yaml | grep image
      image: docker-registry.default.svc:5000/openshift/mediawiki-apb:v3.11
