First failure was noticed with this build root change <https://apps.fedoraproject.org/koschei/build/5043073>, but then a build passed and then all of them are failing with the same error message.

This is triggered by upgrading perl-Test-mysqld from 1.0000-3.fc29 to perl-Test-mysqld-1.0012-1.fc29.
